We cannot accept any more group site bookings in 2025, but are taking bookings for 2026.
The prices for hiring the Great Wood Camp site in 2026 are:
- £67.20 per person per weekend (Fri and Saturday nights) for the first 25 people
- £60 per person thereafter
- Minimum charge of £1,680 per weekend
All prices are self-catering and include VAT.
The site is usually available from 4.00 pm on Friday afternoon until 4.00 pm on the following Sunday.
A £750 (including VAT) non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
All users are required to clean the site before departure and to leave everything in the best possible state for the incoming group!
