Mess Hut
The Mess Hut contains the main meeting room which doubles up as a dining room, a fully equipped professional size kitchen with a view out onto the camp field which has a catering fridge and freezer and a separate larder, a washing up room with professional dish washing facilities, a medical room and a team meeting room.
There is a separate laundry room and clothes drying room just outside the main entrance. One end of the building there is a large entry lobby and toilets which give the option for removal and storage of wet or muddy outdoor clothing. There is a small shop with a serving window onto the extensive verandah where outdoor meals can be arranged.
The main meeting room in the Mess Hut is a delightful space which can be used for a multitude of purposes. Audio and Visual projection is hardwired and there is broadband WiFi. The feature fire place comes with plentiful supply of logs. Off this room there is a ‘snug’ which can be used for a quiet room.
The JI Hut
The JI Hut provides a second large, multi-purpose room available for games, craft activities, worship, general socialising or holding meetings. Again, there are audio and visual projection facilities. An adjacent lounge or small meeting room is useful for crèche facilities.
Outdoor chapel
As well as our indoor spaces, small groups and individuals can also enjoy our outdoor chapel in the woods.
