On some weekends throughout the year, Great Wood Camp is available for private hire by churches, youth groups, student groups or families looking for somewhere special to hold a gathering. The rental cost for 2019 is:
- £42 per person per weekend (Fri and Saturday nights) for the first 25 people
- £36 per person thereafter
- Minimum charge of £1,050 per weekend
- all prices include VAT
The site is usually available from 4.00 pm on Friday afternoon until 4.00 pm on the following Sunday.
A £350 (including VAT) non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
All users are required to clean the site before departure and to leave everything in the best possible state for the incoming group!
